This is our new strapline…and oh boy have we wrestled with this one.
We believe that social media is the transformation technology/movement/“thing” of now and the future. Social media has the power to change the world, as evidenced by the election of Obama & Trump, Brexit, the ALS challenge (that ice bucket thing), the Arab Spring Uprising and countless other movements that have received global coverage.
At a company level social media can deliver potential benefits in any area where an organisation needs to talk to people such as staff, prospects, customers, new hires, investors, the media – everywhere that conversations need to be facilitated.
We have developed (or are developing) social media programmes for: Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Care, Procurement, and more. This covers functions such as: lead generation, internal communication, advocacy, demand generation, recruitment, vendor management, staff onboarding and every other thing an organisation need to be successful. We also have a strategic programme which ties all of these individual department/functions together in to a coherent focused predictable plan.
As an organisation we are unique. There are organisations that do some of what we do – perhaps social selling companies or employee advocacy, but these are not transformations, these departments programmes. These are tactical, we are strategic.
We work with many global businesses helping improve their sales, their HR, their marketing but now we have our first clients who have embraced the strategic vision for becoming truly transformed though social media.
